Elemental Surface Restoration (ESR) specializes in surface restorations of residential, commercial, and public buildings. Offering proprietary of Eco-friendly products and expertise that has led ESR to restore the surfaces of some of the most recognized landmark buildings in Greater Vancouver, Victoria, and Alberta Calgary.
From lead paint stripping, asbestos, and efflorescence removal, to protecting the substrate with our water-based breathable water repellent products. ESR’s team and products are suited to tackle any kind of surface.
Our Story
Elemental Surface Restorations (ESR) was established in 2014. ESR is a specialized surface restoration company that can tackle any surface and any job. Utilizing the products from our strategic partner; Molecular Tech-Coatings Inc. (MTC). Here at ESR, we take pride in using only environmentally friendly products which are manufactured locally in Vancouver, BC Canada. With extensive knowledge and expertise in how chemical products function, the ESR team has a deep intellect and understanding of the products being used. Working diligently alongside engineers, project managers, city planners, and owners in the city of Vancouver.
ESR has great integrity and trust working hand in hand with our customers. Providing them with almost a decade of hands-on experience that delivers the utmost quality in surface restorations on both private and commercial property.
Our Culture
To expand the restoration industry with the use of our environmentally friendly products, we aim to raise consciousness and deliver our expertise to the customer. Restoring historical buildings and houses is feasible using ESR methods with our eco-friendly products. We utilize non-invasive and non-destructive methods to strip off the lead paint and reclaim the old brick/substrate.

All of our services are available in the Greater Vancouver Area and in some cases we will travel outside of BC.
