This beautiful building contains one of the oldest vaults in Vancouver, Asbestos and lead paint were covering the whole exterior. Asbestos removal was done through demolition of it by creating containment rooms, any Caulk left was removed, as well as Lead paint. Mortar grinding had to be applied after creating containment rooms.
