This beautiful waterfront property faces various environmental challenges, including exposure to sea salt, moss, and dirt. The accumulation of these elements was evident throughout the property. In response to the client’s request, our task was to thoroughly clean, treat, and seal the building to protect it from further deterioration and enhance its resilience against the harsh coastal conditions.
